Call Centre Executives
Job Description:
- Handle incoming calls from patients and visitors, providing accurate and timely information about hospital services, appointments, and events.
- Schedule appointments for consultations, tests, and procedures, ensuring effective coordination between patients and healthcare providers.
- Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns, providing high-quality customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions, and follow up on patient requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in communication, customer service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer applications and phone systems.
